About Redirecting Children's Behavior (RCB)
Redirecting Children’s Behavior is a discipline philosophy that honors each child as a unique individual
and honors each parent’s need to provide discipline to their children while never diminishing a child’s self-
esteem and confidence. Redirecting Children’s Behavior was authored and originated by Ms. Kathryn
Kvols. Each RCB workshop is fifteen hours of class time. Each class is three-hours long and typically,
classes are held once a week over five consecutive weeks. No parent NEEDS this course! All parent’s
have resources that we use to parent, Redirecting Children’s Behavior is another tool that we can use to

And enrollment into one of our UYO or LYO courses

Once you have completed the training, you will receive a certificate of completion. In order to maintain your certification, you are required to attend the INCAF Convention or receive 15 hours of continuing
education credits a year, send your course rosters to INCAF and pay annual dues. The dues are $50 if
you work for a school. Your first year dues are paid by your tuition.
