South Africa Telkom and Turkey’s IsBank, as well as major
conferences sponsored by Linkage (the annual Sales & Marketing
Leaders Summit), Siemens, DMA and Firstlogic.  She has presented
to business audiences in the financial service, automotive,
government, professional service, retail and consumer product goods
sectors.  


Dr. Puleo is adept in a variety of meeting formats, and has delivered
keynotes, plenary sessions and workshops for national meetings by
a range of associations, corporations, and technology vendors.  She is
engaging, brings a level of ‘humanity’ to the strategic concepts, and
reinforces the real-world linkage from business theory and objectives
to organizational transformation and results.  


Corporate Biography
Over the past 20 years, Marijo has helped over 1,000,000 leaders
and employees navigate complex organization and personal
transformations through her change management work and her
coaching practice.  She has worked on in-depth strategy and change
management projects with such organizations as Boise Cascade and
the United States Postal Service.  She designed and developed many
processes and tools for her clients, including the implementation of
customer-focused marketing planning processes, enhancements to
HR processes that focus on employee-centered development
(applying CRM internally as “ERM”), development of scorecards
and measurement programs, and organization development projects
such as organization redesign, skills assessment, communication
programs and training programs.


Marijo Puleo forged a seven-year career at Kraft Foods where she
worked with teams to create an information-based culture, using
customer insights and data created year after year to build market
share.  She was responsible for the Sales Force Automation project
for Kraft, and managed a North American team that was responsible
for the implementation and acceptance of new analytic tools and
technology with over 4,500 sales people. She worked across many
functions at Kraft, including Marketing, Sales, Operations and
Finance. During her tenure, she also won several awards for program
excellence and diversity.


Marijo holds a Ph.D. and Master's degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. She
received the Schmidt Fellowship Award for academic excellence.  She
has a BS in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University.   She also
has been certified as a leadership coach with Georgetown University.
